Update
We are continuing to investigate an issue that is preventing some taxpayers from accessing their returns. Affected users may see a blank screen or a “Bad Gateway” error. This may also impact access to Client View on the firm side.
We are continuing to see signs of improvement and are working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
